Shipping policy
Every order is packed by hand in our shop at 74 High Street, East Grinstead. You can collect it from the shop for free, or have it posted anywhere in the UK.
Click and collect
- Free on every order.
- Choose Pick up at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to pack your order ready for collection. Orders placed on a Friday will be ready to collect on Monday.
- We will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
- Need it sooner? Call us on 07500 682947.
- Collect from Chocabox, 74 High Street, East Grinstead, RH19 3DE, during shop opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation email.
UK delivery by Royal Mail
- Standard delivery: £4.99, free on orders over £50.
- Express delivery: £6.99.
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for us to pack and ship your order. It will be with you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a Friday are posted on Monday.
- We will email you when your order has been posted. Royal Mail delivery times start from the day we post it.
Halloween orders
Order by Friday 23 October for UK delivery before Halloween. Orders placed after that can still be posted, but may not arrive before Halloween, so if you need your sweets in time please choose free click and collect. Please allow up to 48 hours for collection orders, so order by Thursday 29 October to collect by 4pm on Saturday 31 October.
Warm weather
Chocolate can soften in the post in warm weather. We pack carefully, but please put chocolate somewhere cool as soon as it arrives.
Something missing or damaged?
Email us at chocaboxgifts@gmail.com as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. If your parcel has not arrived, let us know and we will chase it with Royal Mail.
