Who we are

This website is run by Chocabox Traditional Sweet Shop, 74 High Street, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 3DE. Email: chocaboxgifts@gmail.com.

Your order

When you place an order we will email you to confirm we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm that your order is ready to collect or has been posted. If we cannot supply something you ordered, for example because a sweet has sold out, we will tell you and refund you for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Pick & Mix and bundles

Loose sweets are sold in 100g scoops. Bundles are filled to the weight shown for the size you choose. Sweets can vary a little in size, shape and colour from the photos.

Allergens

Each sweet's page lists its ingredients and allergens as supplied by the maker. Our pick and mix is weighed out loose in the shop, where many sweets are handled, so we cannot guarantee that any sweet is free from traces of allergens, including nuts, peanuts, milk, gluten, soya and egg. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights.
