These Humbugs are made the traditional way. striped, hard, and with a deeply satisfying combination of peppermint and toffee that develops beautifully as the sweet slowly dissolves. Rich, rounded, and proper. the kind of sweet your grandparents kept in a tin on the mantlepiece. Rightly so.
